THE HANDLE BEING YES SIR AND NO SIR OR YES MA’AM AND NO MA’AM.
IN TODAY’S SOCIETY WERE NOT HEARING THIS. IT’S NO RESPECT FOR THE ELDER’S ANYMORE WHAT HAPPEN.
I’VE ASK THIS QUESTION OVER AND OVER WHAT HAPPEN IN TODAY SOCIETY OF TEACHING OUR CHILDREN THAT A HANDLE SHOULD ALWAYS BE USED WHEN ADDRESSING AN ELDER PERSON. BUT FOR SOME REASON CHILDREN TODAY SPEAK THE FIRST NAME OF THE PERSON. WHERE HAVE OUR VALUES GONE , AND WHY AREN’T CHILDREN BEING TAUGHT THIS TODAY.
NOW I’M OPEN FOR COMMENT AND LET’S MOVE FORWARD TO ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM, BECAUSE SURELY IT’S A PROBLEM.

Truly it must start in the home bottom line.

So very true it must start in the home. Because now days if you try to correct these children you might be called a nasty name or the parent get upset. Go figure it bad.

I’m almost sure that children are not being taught this. And the generation of younger women today has no respect for there elders so now we can’t expect the children to have respect , Do to the fact they are not being taught to have respect, Sad but true.

I was raised with the handle and you got punished if you didn’t. Say Mrs. or Mr
But as you know people have lost the respect for elders and it’s sad.

I was taught at a early age about the handle and I’m instilling it in every child in my home and my families home.

that would be a good idea start penalties on the parent and putting them in a facility to teach them about better parenting .
